How Does The Online Course Work

You work at your own pace, with 1 to 1 tutor support whenever you need it during your course. There is no time limit at all for completion of your course(s) & you have lifetime access to your learning resources. Your learning resources are a combination of video tutorials, detailed training manuals with more supporting images, and most importantly your assigned tutor will be available whenever you need her.
How Long Do I Have To Complete The Course

There is no time limit at all for you to complete your courses. Everyone is different, and has different demands on their time. That's why we never put a time limit on completing your course. You work at your own pace, with your tutors support, and submit your assessment when YOU are ready. That might be a couple of days, or it might be a year...it does not matter. You have lifetime access to all of your course resources
How Do I Receive The Course

All course materials are emailed to you for you too download to your device, we feel this is a better way so all students have the course materials to look back on anytime during and after training too refresh. With most portals you only have a set time limit too complete course with our courses you have no time limit. All courses are emailed within 24 hours.
When Can I Access Course After Paying

Once course is ordered you will receive two emails one with all your course manuals, case study information, tools and equipment links, suppliers list, consultation for and after care form etc. Second email will be you link to you full head step by step videos. All course materials can be downloaded to your device for life.
What Is The Minimum Age

The minimum age to take our courses is 16
Do I Need Prior Experience

No, you don't. We have had students from many different backgrounds complete our courses. Although of course we do have hairdressers who have taken our courses, it is not a requirement. All our course have full head easy step by step videos to follow along too. So whether you are a complete beginner or an experienced technician looking to add further methods our courses are for you.
How Am I Assessed

For each course you have one case study to complete the case study can be done on a training head or live model the case study photograph evidence can be emailed to your tutor or sent by WhatsApp, you will also have an exam 7 questions one exam answers covers you for all future courses.
Do I Receive A Kit

We offer courses without kits as we feel students can purchase tools and equipment needed cheaper individually, links for tools and equipment needed are in your course.
How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?

You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
How do I add a new question & answer?

To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.
Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?

Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
